Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will play a vital role in the firm's legal practice by conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in various legal proceedings. They should possess strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research on a variety of legal issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and mediation sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and development.

  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the State Bar association.
  • Should have 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience in legal research, writing, and analysis.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
