Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Supply Chain/Commercial Contracts Associate Attorney to join their team in Milwaukee, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects and developing relationships with colleagues and clients while demonstrating expertise in supply chain and commercial contracts.

Duties:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including supply and distribution agreements, equipment purchase/sale agreements, and professional services agreements.
  • Providing legal counsel on supply chain matters and commercial contract issues.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis related to supply chain and commercial law.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external parties to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve disputes.
  • Assisting with contract review, analysis, and compliance efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant supply chain/commercial contracts experience.
  • Strong analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in a large law firm environment is preferred.
  • Top academic credentials required.
  • JD from an ABA-approved law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar.
