Duties:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a law firm or accounting firm, with a focus on federal tax or business/corporate law

  • Proven ability to engage with and advise executive-level clients

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Ohio or eligible for admission
