Duties

• Evaluate cases and develop legal strategies.
• Prepare and file motions and conduct discovery.
• Conduct depositions and prepare for trials and hearings.
• Engage in direct client contact and case management.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of litigation experience.
• Admission (or waiver) to the Virginia Bar or DC Bar.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with discovery and motions practice in state and federal courts.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Virginia or Washington, D.C.

Skills

• Strong understanding of Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
