Duties

• Conduct in-depth insurance coverage analysis across various policy types

• Draft coverage opinions, legal memoranda, and client correspondence

• Manage bad faith and complex coverage litigation

• Handle legal research and document preparation

• Provide strategic guidance to clients on coverage disputes

• Collaborate with other attorneys on multi-jurisdictional matters

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage and/or bad faith litigation

• Proven ability to manage caseloads independently

• Demonstrated experience handling complex legal analysis and case strategy

• Excellent attention to detail and legal judgment

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials preferred

Certifications

• Admission to the Bar in CT (Required)
