Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to commercial litigation matters
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Education and Certifications:
