Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to commercial litigation matters
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
  • Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and other legal proceedings

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Education and Certifications:
