The Banking And Finance Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to clients in banking and finance law matters. This role requires a highly motivated individual with superior client service skills and at least 2-3 years of relevant law firm experience.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and finance laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and financial contracts.
  • Assist with due diligence investigations and document review for banking and finance transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on complex banking and finance issues.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other dispute resolution proceedings related to banking and finance matters.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2-3 years of relevant law firm experience in banking and finance law.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
