A law firm in Houston, TX, is actively seeking an experienced Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of practice. The ideal candidate should preferably have trial experience, be admitted to practice in Texas, and possess a strong background in handling personal injury cases. This position offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to a dynamic legal practice focused on advocating for plaintiffs in personal injury matters.

Duties:

• Case Management:

  • Handle a portfolio of plaintiff's personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
  • Oversee pre-litigation and litigation processes, including negotiations and settlements.

• Legal Representation:

  • Provide effective and zealous representation for clients in personal injury matters.
  • Prepare and present cases for trial when necessary.

• Client Interaction:

  • Interact with clients to understand the specifics of their personal injury cases.
  • Communicate legal advice, case updates, and settlement options effectively.

• Legal Research:

  • Conduct legal research on personal injury laws, regulations, and precedents.
  • Stay updated on developments in personal injury litigation.

• Trial Preparation:

  • If necessary, prepare thoroughly for trials, including witness preparation and evidence presentation.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury practice.

• Trial Experience:

  • Should preferably have trial experience in personal injury cases.

• Bar Admission:

  • Must be admitted to practice law in Texas.

Education:
