Duties:

  • Legal Representation:

    • Provide effective and zealous representation for clients in personal injury matters.
    • Prepare and present cases for trial when necessary.
  • Client Interaction:

    • Interact with clients to understand the specifics of their personal injury cases.
    • Communicate legal advice, case updates, and settlement options effectively.
  • Legal Research:

    • Conduct legal research on personal injury laws, regulations, and precedents.
    • Stay updated on developments in personal injury litigation.
  • Trial Preparation:

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury practice.
  • Trial Experience:

  • Bar Admission:
