Duties

• Work on trade secret and employee mobility litigation.
• Handle PAGA and wage and hour class actions.
• Manage high-profile single plaintiff discrimination and harassment cases.
• Address founder disputes and pre-litigation matters.
• Respond to agency charges.
• Provide day-to-day advice on employment law issues.
• Draft employment-related agreements.
• Support M&A and corporate transactions.

Requirements

• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Law school class years 2020-2023. 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
