Senior Litigation Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior attorney with 5+ years of experience. The candidate will conduct complicated research projects in the prosecution of case and assume responsibilities for trial efforts, typically as second chair or third chair. Candidate will directly interface with trial counsel, and other specialized outside counsel; draft moving papers, oppositions involving novel and complicated issues; appear at hearing for motions and oppositions; and conduct depositions of PMK witnesses, apex employees, mechanical and fraud experts. Candidate will also be providing senior level oversight of more junior attorneys. Must have California Bar license. Should be proficient in MS Office and the use of Attorney timekeeping programs, as well as Client file management. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

The candidate should have strong communications skills and a can-do attitude are expected of all of the personnel. Must have J.D. degree. Should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal. Must have ability in decision-making and problem-solving. Should have excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
