  • Take and defend depositions, handle hearings, and represent clients in trial and arbitration proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Admitted to practice in Colorado.
  • 5+ years of significant experience in general litigation, specializing in civil litigation.
  • Experience managing a litigation caseload from start to finish.
  • Proven ability to draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
  • Proficiency in conducting legal research on complex issues.
  • Experience with taking and defending depositions, handling hearings, and participating in trial/arbitration proceedings.
  • Familiarity with e-discovery platforms.
  • Strong academic credentials.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
