  • Research and stay up-to-date with real estate and renewable energy laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
  • Strong experience in renewables is a must.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Ohio State Bar, with the ability to practice law in Ohio.
