Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of workers' compensation cases from intake to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to workers' compensation laws and regulations.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent clients in workers' compensation hearings and negotiations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients regarding their workers' compensation claims.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
  • 2-5 years of experience practicing workers' compensation law.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a caseload efficiently.

 

Education:
