Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Naples is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions, coupled with exceptional drafting and organizational skills.

Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents related to private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct due diligence and research to support transactional activities.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and execute legal strategies.
• Manage and organize legal files and documentation efficiently.
• Represent clients in negotiations and other business transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Strong academic background with a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar or eligibility to promptly obtain admission.
• Prior experience in an Am Law 100 law firm is a must.
