Duties:

  • Drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
  • Assisting clients with estate and trust administration, including probate proceedings, trust administration, and estate tax matters.
  • Advising clients on wealth preservation strategies, charitable planning, and business succession planning.

  • Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members on complex estate planning and administration cases.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • License to practice law in Maryland and good standing with the Maryland Bar.
  • Estate planning experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Education:
