Duties:

• Draft patent applications for mechanical inventions.
• Prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
• Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate searches and analyses.
• Collaborate with inventors and attorneys to understand inventions and draft appropriate patent applications.
• Review and analyze technical documents to assist with patent prosecution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience drafting mechanical patent applications.
