Duties

• Manage various commercial litigation and professional liability cases.

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

• Conducted and defended depositions, hearings, and courtroom proceedings.

• Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop effective case strategies.

• Provide sound legal counsel with a strong commitment to client service.

• Work with litigation support teams to prepare cases for trial, including coordinating witness interviews and depositions.

• Represent clients in court, presenting arguments and conducting examinations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex litigation from inception through resolution.

• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

• Ability to handle multiple cases independently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts effectively.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia and in good standing.

Certifications

• Litigation-related certifications are a plus but not required.
