Real Estate Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Naples, FL, is seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their team. Duties:

• Draft and negotiate various documents related to commercial and residential real estate transactions, encompassing development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, construction contracts, modification and workout documents, and leases.
• Conduct thorough due diligence work to ensure the accuracy and completeness of real estate transactions.
• Manage the end-to-end process of closing real estate transactions efficiently.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Preference is given to candidates with experience in high-value residential transactions.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate law.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
