The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, be self-motivated, and demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel on tax-related matters related to employee benefits and executive compensation.
• Advise clients on ERISA compliance and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, including employee benefit plans and executive compensation agreements.

Requirements:
