  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in a U.S. State.
  • 2-3 years of relevant law firm experience in banking and finance law.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, transactions, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
