Job Overview:

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team to work on a robust pipeline of sophisticated litigation, including class actions, across various industry verticals. They will manage complex disputes, work directly with clients, handle discovery processes, attend key hearings, and more.

Duties:

• Work on a pipeline of sophisticated litigation, including class actions, across technology, finance, life sciences, and energy sectors.
• Manage all aspects of complex disputes and litigation, including direct client interaction, discovery management, deposition handling, court appearances, oral arguments, and mediations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Membership to CA State Bar.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research abilities.
• Superb writing and oral communication skills.
• Passionate, self-motivated, and proactive critical thinker.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
