Litigation Family Law Attorney

A law firm is currently seeking a Litigation Family Law Attorney for its Springfield office. The candidate will be responsible for managing family law cases, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to practice improvements. The Litigation Family Law Attorney will oversee family law cases from inception to resolution, ensuring high-quality service to clients and contributing to practice efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate, passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt, and preferably have 1st chair family law experience.

Duties:

• Manage family law cases proactively from beginning to end
• Provide superior customer service to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
• Recommend improvements to practice managers for enhanced operations
• Track accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• 1st chair family law experience preferred
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois
• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software

Experience:

2-6 years of litigation experience

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited university

Certifications:

Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
