Duties:

  • Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
  • Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.
  • Successfully meet deadlines and expectations, and perform work duties as required.
  • Foster positive work relationships.
  • Comply with all firm policies and practices.
  • Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods of time, including on-screen reading and typing, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds.
  • Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.
  • Admission to practice in CA.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
