A law firm in Cheyenne is seeking a skilled Trademark Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trademark searching, global trademark strategy development, and trademark prosecution and enforcement, both domestically and internationally. Experience with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings is desirable. Excellent writing and communication skills are a must and proficiency in foreign languages is highly valued.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct trademark searches and analyses
  • Develop global trademark strategies for clients
  • Handle domestic and international trademark prosecution
  • Enforce trademark rights through legal action when necessary
  • Assist with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings

 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in trademark law
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Strong understanding of trademark law and procedures
  • Superior writing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction

 

Skills:

  • Proficiency in trademark searching and analysis
  • Strong understanding of global trademark laws and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
