Workers' Compensation Defense Associate Attorney

San Bernardino office of our client seeks a workers' compensation defense associate attorney with experience. The candidate will record reviews, prepare cases for trial, conduct discovery, develop litigation strategies, gather medical evidence and medical records, handle court appearances, conduct depositions, and compose motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents. Experience with Microsoft Office programs is required, with a willingness and ability to learn specialized case management programs. Must adhere to client requirements and reporting. Should have current membership to the State Bar of California.

The candidate should have a Bachelors Degree and Juris Doctorate Degree. Excellent written and interpersonal communication are a must.
