Worker's Compensation Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Studio City, CA, is seeking a dedicated Worker's Compensation Attorney to manage a docket of Workers' Compensation cases to resolution. The successful candidate will report directly to a Senior Associate and collaborate with a team of paralegals and Worker's Compensation staff to ensure exceptional client service.

Duties:

• Manage a docket of Workers' Compensation cases from initiation to resolution.
• Provide guidance and support to non-attorney staff as needed.
• Maintain a positive work environment and lead by example.
• Collaborate with Worker's Compensation staff to ensure high-quality service to clients.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation law.
• Membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and non-attorneys.
• Proficiency in legal writing and drafting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a caseload efficiently.
