Boutique business litigation firm focused on serving the construction industry is looking for a 2-3 year associate attorney to work in our litigation department. Candidate will be preparing and responding to pleadings and motions, preparing and responding to discovery, researching legal issues, handling hearings, etc. We are looking for someone we can train to cover hearings and handle matters with minor supervision. Previous civil litigation experience required, along with great tech skills. Previous construction experience is helpful but not required. Great work atmosphere and lots of room to grow skills. Opportunity for some remote work for the right candidate. Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience.BenefitsFull medical offered for employee.
