  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting renewables projects.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing of the Bar.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on renewables projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with renewables project litigation.
  • Strong understanding of wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities.
  • Familiarity with smart grid technology, energy storage, and energy efficiency.
  • The ability to maintain a portable book of business is preferred.
