Immigration Attorney

A law firm is seeking an Immigration Attorney for their Norman, OK, location.

Job Overview:

The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients on various immigration matters, including visa types such as PERM green cards, L-1s, EB-1-3s, O-1s, EB-1-1s, E-2s, H-1 Bs, and others. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, be licensed by any State Bar in the US, and possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Immigration Law.

Duties:

• Conducted strategy sessions with potential and existing clients to assess visa needs and provide legal advice.
• Utilize software and legal strategy database to identify issues and provide accurate solutions.
• Negotiate and finalize deals with potential clients.
• Familiarize oneself with the company and its methodologies to effectively communicate brand promises to clients.
• Handle all elements of immigration cases, including legal drafting and representation.
• Work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed by any State Bar in the US.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Business Immigration Law.
• Strong legal drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
