The Social Security Disability Associate Attorney will be responsible for thoroughly assessing and evaluating disability claims, representing clients at hearings, and developing effective case strategies. Duties:

• Thoroughly assess and evaluate disability claims.
• Skillfully cross-examine witnesses during legal proceedings.
• Prepare for and represent clients at hearings.
• Maintain effective communication with all relevant parties.
• Develop and execute effective case strategies.
• Present cases in front of judges with professionalism and expertise.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Currently admitted to a State Bar or pending Bar exam results.
• Graduation in the top 30% of law school class preferred.
• Participation in either Moot Court or Law Review is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to a State Bar.
