Job Overview: The Employment Single Action Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in employment matters, developing legal strategies, and drafting legal documents.

Duties:

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
• Take and run depositions and meet and confers.
• Conduct ADR mediations and negotiations.
• Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in employment matters.

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 2 years of experience specializing in employment litigation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.

Skills:

• Ability to type 40 wpm.
