Location:

Duties:

• Manage a steady volume of trademark enforcement and prosecution matters

• Handle online brand protection and related IP enforcement actions

• Prepare and file trademark applications and responses to office actions

• Collaborate with legal team members on IP strategy and portfolio management

• Focus on practice execution with no business development responsibilities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement

• Comfortable working in a hybrid office model

• Interest in long-term, non-partnership track legal work

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of U.S. trademark laws and procedures

• Experience with IP enforcement and online brand protection

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Benefits:

• Anticipated salary range: $140,000–$185,000 annually
