A distinguished law firm with a nationally recognized Trademark and Copyright team is seeking a skilled Trademark Associate to support its growing intellectual property practice. This role focuses on U.S. and international trademark clearance and prosecution and requires fluency in both English and Spanish. Duties

• Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios

• Conduct complex, high-level trademark clearance searches

• Handle prosecution matters across multiple jurisdictions

• Advise clients on trademark protection and enforcement strategies

• Collaborate with legal teams and clients on global branding initiatives

• Provide trademark-related counsel to entertainment and media clients (preferred)

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of direct trademark experience

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish

• Ability to manage a high-volume docket with attention to detail

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities

• Experience with entertainment industry clients is a plus

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
