Job Overview
A distinguished law firm with a nationally recognized Trademark and Copyright team is seeking a skilled Trademark Associate to support its growing intellectual property practice. This role focuses on U.S. and international trademark clearance and prosecution and requires fluency in both English and Spanish. Ideal for attorneys experienced in managing complex trademark portfolios and looking to work on high-profile matters with global clientele.

Location

  • Denver, CO

Duties

  • Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios

  • Conduct complex, high-level trademark clearance searches

  • Handle prosecution matters across multiple jurisdictions

  • Advise clients on trademark protection and enforcement strategies

  • Collaborate with legal teams and clients on global branding initiatives

  • Provide trademark-related counsel to entertainment and media clients (preferred)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of direct trademark experience

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish

  • Ability to manage a high-volume docket with attention to detail

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities

  • Experience with entertainment industry clients is a plus

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Skills

  • Expertise in U.S. and international trademark clearance and prosecution

  • Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish
