Property and Casualty Insurance Associate Attorney

The candidate must have a demonstrated understanding of bad faith insurance issues and insurance coverage issues. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. Federal clerkship or state appellate clerkship experience is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in Florida.
