Mid to Senior Level IP Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Mid to Senior Level IP Litigation Associate Attorney for their Denver office. The IP Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of intellectual property litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; conducting legal research; attending court hearings; managing client relationships; and providing strategic legal advice.

Job Details:

• Strong legal writing skills required for drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Willingness to travel for court appearances.
• Possess a strong business and entrepreneurial sense.
• Excellent communication skills for managing internal and external client and counsel relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
• Degree in electrical engineering and/or computer science preferred.

Experience:

2-5 years of litigation experience required.
