The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing legal guidance and support to corporate clients, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and facilitating successful business transactions. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on corporate law matters, with a strong focus on M&A and private equity transactions.

  • Conduct thorough due diligence to identify and mitigate potential risks in transactions.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, financial advisors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.

  • Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and discussions with third parties and regulatory bodies.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote business development and client retention.


  • Minimum of 20 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney, with significant exposure to M&A and private equity.
  • Proven track record of handling complex corporate transactions and legal matters.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess and manage legal risks effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong commitment to client service and ethical legal practice.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar of Indiana, in good standing.
  • Additional certifications in corporate law, M&A, or related fields are advantageous.


  • Deep knowledge of corporate law, M&A, and private equity regulations.
  • Proficiency in legal research, writing, and documentation.
