Corporate Attorney

A law firm in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Attorney with over 20 years of expertise, particularly in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and private equity. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in providing legal guidance and support to corporate clients, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and facilitating successful business transactions. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on corporate law matters, with a strong focus on M&A and private equity transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements related to mergers, acquisitions, and equity investments.
• Conduct thorough due diligence to identify and mitigate potential risks in transactions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, financial advisors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 20 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney, with significant exposure to M&A and private equity.

Education and Certifications:
