A law firm is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced attorney to join the Healthcare practice area as a Partner. This position is based in Orlando, FL.

Job Overview:

As a Partner in Healthcare practice, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and growing the firm's healthcare legal services. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic direction, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the firm.

Duties:

  • Lead and manage the Healthcare practice, overseeing a team of attorneys and support staff.
  • Provide expert legal advice and counsel on healthcare-related matters, including regulatory compliance, transactions, and litigation.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and addressing their legal needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with other practice areas within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging issues affecting healthcare law.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
  • Legal experience, with a focus on healthcare law.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a healthcare legal practice.

Certifications:

  • Board Certification in Health Law (preferred but not required).

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
