Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks IP litigation associate attorney with 5-8 years of complex intellectual property (including patent) litigation experience. The ideal candidate must have experience in all phases of the litigation and pre-trial process. Jury or bench trial experience is a big plus. A degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or similar technical or scientific fields is preferred. Significant experience handling substantive patent issues with the ability to learn the underlying issues in each matter may be an acceptable alternative.
