The Nilson Law Group, PLLC is a New York law firm, focusing on the creation, acquisition and representation of American subsidiaries of foreign companies. We draft all routine employment agreements, as well as employee handbooks. We also have extensive experience with copyright and trademark, including the protection of famous marks.

Most of our clients are French or French-speaking. Our employees are fluent in French. Foreign clients sometimes use our office as a U.S. satellite office until they are able to launch their own U.S. business.
