Ms. Thevenin has over 20 years of experience as counsel, advisor, mediator and arbitrator of international commercial disputes. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an adjunct professor of the International Commercial Arbitration course at St. John's University School of Law, a past chair of the New York State Bar Association's International Section, and a Member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators for the Republic of Haiti.
