Advice to Management
Get out while you can, best to just get experience and leave. It's like the firm wants people to leave based on the way they treat people. Management needs to actually consider who is a good fit for the company because there are many individuals who are not fit for their roles. Some people think they are more important than others. Should be a collaborative environment instead of just independent. Office gossip needs to be addressed because once someone quits, the entire firm knows.

Cons: "During my time at the Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP., it became clear that the firm prioritizes cost-cutting over valuing its employees. Pay was below market value, and the partners and paralegal supervisor were belittling and dismissive. The office culture was toxic, with high turnover and a lack of opportunities for growth. Gossip and office politics were rampant, and the management did not address these issues.
While some attorneys were generally nice to work for, the overall experience was negative. My advice to management would be to re-evaluate the company culture and employee treatment, as well as to consider the fit of employees for their roles. A more collaborative and supportive environment would greatly benefit the firm and its employees."
