Kevin M. McDermott II is an employment attorney and the founder of McDermott Law LLC. Born in Cleveland and accepted into every top-tier Ohio law school, after receiving his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from The Ohio State University, Kevin chose to attend the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law for the opportunity to return to Northeast Ohio and the community that raised him. Before entering practice, Kevin clerked for the Federal Public Defender and the Cuyahoga County Public Defender and received Legal Intern Certification from the Ohio Supreme Court. At Ohio State Kevin was a Legislative Page for the State of Ohio Senate, a Politics, Society and Law Scholar, and attended the University of Oxford in Oxford, UK through the Undergraduate Summer Law Program.
