Cons: Management only care about bottom lines and have no idea how to work with younger attorneys. Glut of mid-level partners hoard work. Little internal communication about workloads and you can't say no to anything. Lip service to work-life balance that is totally inconsistent with actual behavior. If you want to bonus as an associate, you'll need to bring in a book of business bigger than your salary.
