The candidate will be drafting complex estate planning documents for high net worth individuals, drafting complex charitable giving documents, and administering estates and trusts. Will assist with advancing the long-term strategic objectives of the Business Law Department and Estates and Trusts Practice Group. Strong client relationship, project management, negotiating, document drafting, and senior review skills are required. Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the state in which the candidate is admitted to practice. Admission to the Wisconsin Bar will be a condition of hire.
