Yes. It's generally easier if an attorney has more than one year of experience or even two years. They're easier to place and especially to our recruiters. Law firms want to hire people that they don't need to train and that show some employment stability. The more experience you have, the better, and that's the thing is you have to get hired as an attorney. You definitely want to get experience the most you can.
