Job Overview:

A law firm is seeking a highly qualified Mid-level or Senior Corporate Associate Attorney to provide legal counsel throughout the entire business life cycle. The candidate will offer expertise to a diverse clientele, including publicly traded and privately held companies, individual and institutional investors, family trusts, and other entities. The successful candidate will possess excellent academic credentials, a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school, and a minimum of 7 years of corporate legal experience.

Job Details:

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel covering the entire business life cycle to a diverse client base.
  • Draft and negotiate a variety of corporate documents and agreements.
  • Analyze legal issues, make informed decisions, and initiate appropriate actions and solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion.
  • Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining composure and demonstrating good judgment.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff.
  • Embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves and Firm needs change.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 7 years of corporate legal experience.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
