A law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney for its Newton, MA location. The candidate will support senior attorneys in various real estate matters, including legal research, title examinations, drafting legal documents, and providing legal advice. Collaboration with clients, real estate agents, and other legal professionals is essential, along with ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Duties:

• Support senior attorneys in real estate matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate issues.
• Perform and analyze title examinations.
• Draft and review purchase and sale agreements and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and legal professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice on a wide range of real estate issues.
• Network with other real estate professionals.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials demonstrating legal expertise.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:
