Pre-Litigation Attorney

A well-established personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a skilled and motivated Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage a caseload of personal injury claims from intake through settlement. Location:

Duties:

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury claims from intake to settlement

• Analyze case files to identify legal issues and develop case strategies

• Communicate with clients regarding case progress, settlement offers, and legal processes

• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law

• Review and approve legal documents including demand letters and settlement agreements

• Implement quality control measures to improve pre-litigation workflows

• Provide mentorship and supervision to pre-litigation staff, if applicable

• Perform other legal tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing

• Strong interest or experience in personal injury law, preferably on the plaintiff's side

• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently in a high-volume setting

• Professional demeanor and ethical commitment to client representation
