A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney in Knoxville, TN. Duties

  • Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
  • 2-5 years of practice experience, with prior insurance defense encouraged.
  • Willingness to learn and work autonomously and within a team structure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Initiative and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate or equivalent.

  • Bar license in Tennessee.
