Job Overview:
A law firm based in Greeley, CO, is seeking an accomplished litigation professional to lead and manage complex Class Action matters on behalf of diverse plaintiff groups. This role is tailored for an experienced litigator with a history of overseeing high-impact civil litigation, especially in consumer, product liability, or mass tort contexts. The selected attorney will be instrumental in shaping case strategy, coordinating plaintiff representation, and guiding a team through all phases of litigation.

Duties:

• Serve as lead on Class Action matters from inception through resolution

• Direct case strategy, manage litigation timelines, and oversee all filings

• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations

• Supervise junior attorneys, support staff, and paralegals involved in ongoing litigation

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

• Collaborate with experts and investigators to develop evidence and support claims

• Participate in case evaluation and client intake for potential Class Action filings

• Monitor ongoing developments in Class Action law and emerging litigation trends

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading Class Action cases

• Active license to practice law in Colorado

• Prior experience managing large caseloads and coordinating multi-plaintiff litigation

• Strong record of courtroom advocacy and motion practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Colorado State Bar (required)
